Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support : Deliver VIP, high-touch remote technical support to C-suite executives and senior leadership, ensuring zero business disruption.

• Office IT Operations: Provide virtual administration and support for core office software, cloud systems, and shared corporate infrastructure.

• Client-Facing Support : Act as a technical point of contact for external clients, diagnosing and resolving application, software access, and data sync issues.

• Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 software, operating system (Windows/macOS), and network connectivity issues via remote access tools.

• Virtual Meetings: Provide real-time remote support for high-profile virtual meetings, webinars, and executive video conferences (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

• Cloud Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and security groups within enterprise cloud environments (M365/Google Workspace).

• Network Support: Assist remote users, executives, and clients in troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity, local ISP bottlenecks, and corporate VPN configurations.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time ticketing logs and draft clear, concise self-service documentation for remote end-users.

Required Technical Skills

• Remote Tools: Advanced proficiency with remote desktop control and support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, BeyondTrust, Zoom screen-share).
• Operating Systems: Strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
