Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Alexandria, VA. The Attorney will handle a caseload that may include labor and employment matters, general civil law issues, and related legal disputes. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents, and providing clear legal advice to clients. The role involves preparing for and attending hearings or other proceedings and collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies. The Attorney will also maintain detailed case files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret federal and state statutes, regulations, and case law. Experience or demonstrated interest in Real Estate and Creditors Rights Law. Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients across a variety of matters. Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, agreements, and dispute resolution. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia (or eligibility for admission). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively in a team environment, and interact professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
