• Conduct an array of routine and specialized clinical lab tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address errors, and maintain lab equipment through preventive measures and calibration.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new team members, and actively contribute to lab quality assurance.
• Uphold a clean, safe working environment while adhering to necessary regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health discipline, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment. Maintain up-to-date certification for the duration of employment.

Essential Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective collaboration within the healthcare team. The capacity for independent decision-making and problem resolution in high-speed or demanding conditions.
