Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied healthcare degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of starting employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
