If you have a passion for cooking and experience in institutional food service, we invite you to become part of our dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals according to scheduled shifts, ensuring quality and consistencyMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areasInterpret menus to determine appropriate quantities, recipes, and food preparation methodsProperly utilize leftovers and manage portion control to minimize wasteSupervise food preparation activities and kitchen staff to ensure safety and efficiencyContribute to a positive dining experience for all participants and staffFollow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storageSkills and Qualifications:Minimum of three years of successful cooking experience in an institutional or camp kitchen settingAbility to interpret menus and prepare food accordinglyKnowledge of portion control, food safety, and sanitation standardsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and menu requirementsBenefits:We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage.
