Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Med‑Surg) in Ukiah, California. This travel assignment starts on 10/26/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a short-term acute care hospital setting with a Med‑Surg/Telemetry unit. Weekly pay ranges from $1,698 to $1,805, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shifts are 3x12-hour days (approximately 5:00 AM–5:30 PM) with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess data, determine diagnoses and care issues, and develop a plan with interventions to achieve outcomes.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; provide education and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately, supervise assigned nursing staff, and maintain a safe, healing environment; document care in the electronic health record (EPIC).
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as needed; participate in ongoing learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (required)
- BLS (required), ACLS (required), and PALS (required per job notes)
- Minimum two years of recent experience in a Med‑Surg/Telemetry or acute care setting
- BSN preferred
- EPIC experience required
- Ability to work in a Med‑Surg/Telemetry unit and participate in weekend rotation
