Job Description
Strong communication skills are something you can learn, and this role is structured around teaching them.
\n \nAs a Customer Service Associate with our West Palm Beach team, you will work through training designed to build practical communication techniques, from how you open a conversation to how you follow up when a client needs more time to decide. You do not need a background in insurance or finance to apply. If you are patient, clear, and willing to develop those skills in a real client-facing environment, this role is worth your time.
\n \nDaily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, learning about their coverage needs, scheduling follow-up appointments, and connecting them with the right team members. You will also handle correspondence and support ongoing client outreach.
\n \nDevelop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential.
\n \nThis is an on-site, full-time position in West Palm Beach, FL. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available.
