Key Responsibilities: Collaborate across multiple teams - including Fusion Center staff, Product, and Engineering to gather, prioritize, and implement process improvement requests. Document and refine operational procedures, ensuring playbooks are comprehensive, up-to-date, and robust. Support process documentation initiatives within Fleet Operations, enhancing efficiency and clarity. Facilitate communication with stakeholders through bi-weekly updates on project status and outcomes. Contribute to streamlining handoffs, improving response quality, and accelerating vehicle turnaround processes. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in program management, operational excellence, or process improvement. Proven ability to develop operational efficiencies in remote or teleoperated environments, such as call centers, BPOs, or support centers. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics for strategic insights. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive, resourceful, and adept at managing multiple projects. Proficiency in computer literacy and standard office tools. Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a product-based operations environment. Familiarity with robotic systems or autonomous vehicle technologies. Knowledge of process documentation tools and methodologies. Prior experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields. Over 3 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, operational management, or related areas within technology or remote support sectors. Other Requirements: This position is hybrid, based in Foster City, CA, with an expectation of on-site collaboration. Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
