What you'll do on a typical day: Create requisitions and post positions to appropriate sources Prepare and send pre-boarding documents to prospective candidates Initiate and monitor background and onboarding steps Review and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the position requirements Audit pre-employment onboarding documentation to ensure compliance Answer questions and provide coaching to HR, hiring managers and potential applicants
