Account Executive - Science and Clinical

Role Summary Our client, a global workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Science & Clinical Account Executive to drive business development within scientific and clinical staffing verticals. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering workforce solutions through a consultative sales approach. The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual capable of managing the full sales lifecycle while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle business development activities including territory management, lead generation, prospecting, and qualification Conduct outreach (including cold calling), schedule meetings, and present solutions to prospective clients Develop proposals, pricing models, and service agreements tailored to client needs Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and conduct client business reviews as needed Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions post-sale Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and client satisfaction Required Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or staffing services Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to build client relationships Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred Experience in science or clinical staffing strongly preferred Familiarity with workforce solutions in scientific or clinical environments Compensation & Work Model Base salary range: $73,875 – $90,000 annually, with variation based on experience and geographic location Comprehensive benefits package provided (details shared during hiring process) Location: East Coast (preferred markets include Raleigh, NC; Boston, MA; and Florida) #J-18808-Ljbffr Twenty80 LLC
