RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
/n• Provide unit-level patient care coordination and management
/n• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
/n• Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care delivery
/n• Maintain competency of clinical staff through oversight and guidance
/n• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
/n• Support facility operations to maintain quality standards
/n• Work in operating room environment providing perioperative nursing care
/n• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
