Job TitleThis is a Merit Promotion announcement for career and career conditional BSEE/BOEM employees, Career Transition eligible (CTAP), and those who are eligible under the hiring paths listed above. Refer to Required Documents section for more information.Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:Administers and coordinates regional administrative and operational support programs, including procurement, financial operations, property management, fleet operations, credentialing, environmental management, and related support services.Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), performing acquisition planning, contract administration, contractor performance monitoring, deliverable evaluation, invoice validation, and compliance oversight.Provides technical guidance and support for administrative programs, systems, policies, and procedures and develops process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Analyzes and evaluates administrative and operational programs and data to identify deficiencies, operational issues, and risks and recommends corrective actions and program improvements.Coordinates with regional staff, Headquarters, GSA, contractors, program offices, and other Federal organizations to resolve operational issues and ensure effective delivery and continuity of support services.
