Summary

A growing commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of healthcare, multifamily, industrial, distribution, and commercial construction projects throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding region.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a variety of project types rather than being limited to a single market. Projects range from smaller occupied renovations to large industrial expansions and multifamily developments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Track project costs and maintain financial performance
• Conduct regular jobsite visits while maintaining strong client communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Experience managing complecx project types
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Able to travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and occasional Central New Jersey projects
