Responsibilities Coordinates with customers and vendors to determine a process for change reporting.Checks the updated engineering information and records to make sure they follow the rules andguidelines for managing changes.Applies in-depth knowledge of applications to guide customization of and compatibility withvendor guidelines.Analyzes application data, identifies problems, and recommends and guides fixes.Reviews current state and recommends future state updates.Ensures applications are efficient, user-friendly, adheres to best user experience practices andmeets accessibility compliance.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope andresponsibility of the job level and family.
