• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and loan production.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, educational materials, and social media content.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency, automate workflows, enhance content creation, and analyze campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, loan officers, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's online presence and reputation.
• Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative marketing solutions.
• Oversee marketing vendors, freelancers, agencies, and technology platforms when needed.
• Continuously test, optimize, and improve lead generation funnels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing management, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership roles.
• Experience in the mortgage, lending, real estate, financial services, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Midjourney, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new strategies and technologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Mortgage industry marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead nurturing.
• Experience managing remote teams, agencies, or contractors.
• Video marketing and personal branding experience.
