We are a new, exciting, and fast-growing plumbing company seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a happy disposition, love helping customers, and want to help build a great local business from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and text
• Schedule service calls, installations, and follow-up appointments
• Handle inquiries, provide estimates, and deliver outstanding service
• Maintain accurate records and schedules in Excel and Word
• Support daily operations and team coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, upbeat attitude and happy disposition
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Motivated, energetic, and excited to grow with a young company
• Reliable and available to work 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred, but the right attitude is most important.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
