Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery

Nights - 12hr: 7p-7a. 36 and 48 hours per week available. 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Contract Duration: 16 weeks or longer. Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Active NY RN license. AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications. C-EFM fetal monitoring certification. 2 years recent experience in labor and delivery. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates. EMR: EPIC, OBIX.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring women and newborns. Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the labor process. Assist with deliveries and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on pre and postnatal care. Administer medications and interventions as prescribed. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
