Senior Field Marketing Manager

Location HQ in Virginia. The role is open to candidates anywhere in the Northeast. You will be in the office roughly 1 to 2 times a month; the focus of the role is on events, so time is spent in market and on the road rather than at a desk. Overview Senior Field Marketing Manager. Take full ownership of field marketing across the most important US region – the Northeast. Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end quarterly and annual field marketing calendar for the Northeast/Americas, spanning events, campaigns, ABM initiatives and industry engagements, all mapped straight to revenue targets. Manage a well‑resourced regional events budget: trade shows, executive dinners, owned events and third‑party sponsorships, run as pipeline engines, not brand exercise. Be the primary Sales and Marketing relationship for the region. You and Sales are held to the same pipeline number, so there's no MQL vs SQL politics, just one shared target. How the Team Works A flat, fast‑moving structure. Senior, ambitious operators sit close to the VP of Field Marketing, Americas; this isn't a role buried under layers of procedures. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Real field marketing ownership, not just event logistics, with a track record of building programs that sales actually credits with pipeline. Comfort with enterprise‑length sales cycles, ABM, and influencing senior stakeholders. Background scaling with a growing business. PE/VC‑backed or high‑growth scale‑up experience is a strong plus, rather than only large, established‑enterprise environments. This role needs someone energized by ambiguity and quick pivots, not process‑first.
