Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to support them in reaching their life goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and resources on therapy methods to encourage progress outside of the clinical setting.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor outcomes and make adjustments to improve treatment effectiveness, ensuring patients stay on their intended path.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
• Continuous learning and additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensing

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
