Responsibilities - Deliver direct nursing care to emergency department patients using established standards and the nursing process - Assess patient condition, formulate a care plan, administer medications, and monitor responses - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, patient education, and discharge planning - Document care and treatment in EPIC and Cerner; ensure accuracy and privacy of information - Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff as assigned; promote a safe, healing environment Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience
• BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor; ACLS and PALS required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• CPI or TEAM or TEAM-A certification required
• EPIC and Cerner experience required
• BSN preferred but not required
• Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting
