Temporary Bookkeeping AssistantLocation: San Clemente, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:00 PMJob Type: TemporaryPay: $26.00–$30.00 per hourJob Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Temporary Bookkeeping Assistant to help our team during a busy time. This person will help with daily bookkeeping tasks, invoices, data entry, account checks, and keeping financial records up to date. The right person should be comfortable working with numbers, using Excel, and handling financial information.Job Duties:Help with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasksEnter financial information into accounting systemsProcess invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursementsHelp with Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableHelp check bank and credit card accountsReview records to make sure information is correctResearch and fix errors or missing informationTrack unpaid invoices and paymentsKeep paper and electronic records organizedCreate spreadsheets and simple reportsEnter data and check information for accuracyHelp with month-end and year-end tasksGather documents for audits and reportsKeep financial and employee information privateHelp with general office and finance tasksComplete other related duties as neededQualifications:Previous bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or office experienceGood attention to detailComfortable working with numbers and spreadsheetsGood organization and time-management skillsAble to handle more than one task at a timeGood written and verbal communication skillsAble to handle private information in a professional wayExperience with Microsoft Excel and office softwareExperience with accounting or bookkeeping software is a plusIf you are organized, comfortable working with numbers, and looking for a part-time temporary job with a steady Monday–Friday schedule, we encourage you to apply.
