Collections Specialist: Help Customers Resolve Delinquency
Regional Management
Regional is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our office in the United States. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to resolve delinquency using various collection techniques, document interactions, and support customer payments and servicing requests. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collections experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to be bilingual.
