Housing & Family Support Case Manager
Lunch Break
Lunch Break is seeking a Case Manager to support families in the Monmouth County area through Shelter, Prevention, and Diversion programs. You will help clients gain employment, save, and obtain housing with the FP and Lunch Break teams. Responsibilities include screenings, HMIS data entry, and intensive case management. Occasional after-hours work applies; a valid driver's license and transportation are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lunch Break
