This is a high-impact, full‑cycle recruiting role focused on leadership hiring. What You’ll Do Proactively source high-performing candidates (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.) Build pipelines of passive talent Partner directly with hiring leaders Drive hiring decisions and close candidates Manage pipeline and activity metrics What We’re Looking For Recruiting, sales, or high-performance background Strong competitive drive and urgency Ability to influence and communicate effectively Highly organized and accountable Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment $90K–$160K total compensation range (base + un‑capped bonus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
