Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks. Skills Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers. Experience as an industrial mechanic with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Knowledge of stick welding techniques for equipment repairs. Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients. Ability to maintain equipment in optimal working condition through preventive measures. Familiarity with low voltage systems and their maintenance requirements. Experience using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics. Ability to work effectively in a militarized environment, adhering to established protocols.
