Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality care to 50+ patients per week.
• Maintain 4.0+ units per visit to ensure thorough patient attention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve clinical goals and patient outcomes.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development programs.
• Contribute positively to team culture, bringing energy, solutions, and a growth mindset.
• Meet performance targets and qualify for monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualification, Licensure, Experience:

• Completion of state board examination.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license for WA
• Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and professional growth.
