Payroll Specialist: On-Time, Accurate Processing

Responsibilities
- Use Synergix HR software to accurately process payroll functions within 2 to 3 days each payroll period to ensure timely payroll completion
- Review and verify payroll data to confirm accuracy before submission, preventing errors and discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly to maintain payroll integrity
- Track and record employee work hours based on timesheet clock-ins to calculate payroll accurately
- Manage monthly payroll deadlines with accountability to ensure consistent and reliable payroll processing
