Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools, to identify their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Engage in collaborative meetings with case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to care that prioritizes the well-being of clients.

• Respond to crises by conducting risk assessments and providing immediate support to clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and stability until further support can be arranged.

• Participate in community outreach programs and mental health education initiatives, aiming to reduce stigma and promote awareness of mental health resources available in our community.

Our client base is diverse, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and peers alike.

• A demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients, along with the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to fit individual needs.

• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
