What You’ll Do Lead and manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for tax strategy and planning Review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize liabilities and achieve financial goals Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers, including direct report responsibilities Manage multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships (advisory, planning, etc.) Support firm growth through business development and community involvement Collaborate with leadership on practice operations and long‑term growth strategy What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA license required 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting Strong experience reviewing returns and leading engagements Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory services Leadership experience with direct reports and team development Strong working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Coverage begins on the first of the month following your start date) Paid Parental Leave 401(k) Matching Program Pre‑Tax Commuter Benefits Pet Insurance Unlimited Flexible Time Off 7 Company‑Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Base salary of $90,000–115,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience) Archer Lewis Story Archer Lewis is a national accounting and advisory firm established in 2024 from local practice mergers, leveraging over 70 years of legacy.
