We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join RYSE! As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the heart of the community—welcoming new residents, managing leases, and ensuring everyone loves where they live. What You'll Do Greet and assist prospective residents—from tours to move-ins. Manage leasing paperwork, renewals, and CRM updates. Support resident relations and assist with planning community events. Keep the property looking its best and support day-to-day operations. Stay informed on market trends and assist with community marketing efforts. Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure resident files are accurate and confidential. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) or more years of customer service or sales experience required; multifamily leasing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite or similar preferred). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required. Ready to RYSE?
