In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23 (with potential for growth) in a supportive, clinically driven workplace. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with structured training and ongoing support Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Passion for working with children! Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain) No prior ABA experience required – we provide full training Physical Requirements: This is an active, hands-on role that involves working directly with children in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. Registered Behavior Technicians must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor-level and standing positions. The role may require lifting or physically supporting children weighing up to 40–50 pounds, as clinically appropriate; participating in active play and movement-based learning activities; physically prompting or modeling skills as outlined in individualized treatment plans; responding quickly to support client safety; maintaining the physical stamina needed to provide multiple sessions throughout the day; and working effectively in environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ruby Aba Llc
