Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician

Marble Falls, TX | Relocation Assistance Available

We’re hiring an experienced Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team in the Marble Falls area.

If you enjoy running your own service calls, solving HVAC problems, taking care of homeowners, and being rewarded for your skills and performance, this could be a great next move.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service major brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Mitsubishi, Payne, and more
• Complete residential installations and system replacements
• Identify repair and replacement opportunities and provide estimates when needed
• Recommend indoor air quality products, UV lights, and other customer solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an excellent customer experience
• Participate in an on-call rotation of approximately 2 weekends per month May–September

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas HVAC license
• EPA certification
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Experience independently running service calls from a van or service truck
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
• Comfortable discussing repair, replacement, and upgrade options with homeowners

Additional Experience We Value

• Full-system replacement estimating
• Indoor air quality and UV light sales/installations
• Ability to identify additional service opportunities without high-pressure sales tactics

Location & Relocation

Candidates should live in or be willing to relocate near Marble Falls, Burnet, Horseshoe Bay, or Spicewood .

Up to $1,500 in relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

High School Diploma or GED required.
