We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Requirements: Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in State applying for.Effective oral and written communication in EnglishBasic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
