Service Desk Analyst | 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday, 11:30 AM - 10:30 PM)

• Be the go-to resource for employees seeking IT assistance via phone, email, chat, and ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other cloud-based tools.
• Assist with password resets, account unlocks, access requests, and user provisioning through Active Directory.
• Help users navigate and adapt to ongoing Microsoft 365 migration initiatives.
• Investigate SAP-related issues, providing resolution when possible and coordinating with specialized support teams when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions.
• Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and updates within ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Passion for technology and helping others succeed.
• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or Call Center environment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced support environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
