Vice President, Global Innovation - North American Whiskey

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Global Innovation - North American Whiskey to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Food & Beverages environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term growth agenda for North American Whisky through innovative consumer insights
• Lead transformation of trademarks through integrated brand strategy and growth platforms
• Own and develop a comprehensive future growth innovation portfolio across key brands
• Influence business priorities and align multi-year innovation governance
• Ensure successful delivery of innovation from strategy to market launch

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in global FMCG innovation, marketing, or strategy
• Proven ability to define long-term growth strategies and scalable platforms
• Strong capability in commercial, financial, and consumer insights
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on a global scale
• Success in building high-performing teams and enhancing organizational capabilities
