Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Providing individual and couple’s therapy sessions tailored to the unique issues faced by clients.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve dynamics and enhance communication among family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse.

• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development and attending team meetings to discuss case strategies and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
