Archer's Tavern Kettering

We are locally owned, high-volume restaurant looking for professional individuals who have a passion for providing superior guest service with quality food and drinks. Candidates must possess a sense of urgency, a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to work well within a team. Must be 18 years or older. Pay is $5.25/hr plus tips. Average server pay is $25/hr, with those committed to working high volume shifts making closer to $35/hr.

As a server you will:

Be an expert on the menu and bar knowledge - suggest favorite items
Deliver food from kitchen
Bus tables
Ensure guests having an outstanding dining experience
Support fellow team members and lend a helping hand when needed
Embody our culture, values, beliefs and methods
Exhibit punctuality and dependability
