- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Audit systems for leaks, malfunctions, and water-efficiency opportunities
- Install new irrigation systems, system components, smart controllers, and advanced irrigation technology
- Repair, upgrade, and expand existing irrigation systems
- Communicate professional recommendations to clients for repairs and improvements
- Evaluate residential systems using our SES® sales process and commercial systems using our CSA® sales process
- Complete work orders accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of workmanship
- Use phone or tablet to document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in our CRM
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with other technicians and office staff
- Are able to work in our Palm Beach and Broward service areas
- Enjoy diagnosing irrigation system issues and solving problems
- Take pride in delivering high quality workmanship
- Are motivated by sales and production bonuses
- Want to continue developing your technical irrigation skills
- Enjoy working outdoors and improving irrigation system performance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an irrigation technician
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, valves, and wiring
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex irrigation issues
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accredited industry participant with ongoing training
- Opportunity to grow into Senior Technician and Field Manager roles
