Early stage and venture backed, founded in 2025, with a leadership team of operators out of Google, Etsy, Microsoft, McKinsey and Bain. The role You own the household relationship end to end. Prospect, advise, and place the full risk picture for families with $5M or more in net worth, up to family office level: home, auto, umbrella, and scheduled items. What is different here is leverage. The tooling handles the work that currently eats your week, so you spend your time in front of families and on your referral network instead of rekeying applications and chasing quotes. That is also why the ramp here is faster than at a traditional shop. You will also help shape the product. Sitting with the team, testing workflows, and telling them what to build is a real part of this job, not a perk. What you will do Build and own a book of high net worth and ultra high net worth household clients Advise families on their whole personal risk picture and place coverage across the private client carrier panel Develop and work your centers of influence: wealth managers, real estate agents, luxury builders, CPAs, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, HOAs Use the coverage gap, quote comparison, and inventory tooling to carry a larger book than a traditional producer could Work directly with the founding team on what gets built next What you need 3 or more years producing in high net worth personal lines An active Texas P&C license, or a license elsewhere you can reciprocate immediately 4 or more established centers of influence you can name and activate A book you built yourself Real comfort with new tools, and specific opinions about what is broken in your current stack This is not a solo hunt quota. The target assumes the tooling and warm lead flow carry a meaningful share of the production.
