Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Fully remote work arrangement
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients
- 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role
- Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
