CNC Machine Operator SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced CNC Machine Operator for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. A successful CNC Machine Operator should have strong experience operating CNC lathes and mills, performing tool setups and offsets, and machining precision metal and aluminum components in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong understanding of machining processes to ensure parts meet strict aerospace quality standards. Available shifts include: Monday through Friday 6am - 2:30pm Overtime may be available based on production needs Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator: Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision aerospace components Perform tool setups, changeovers, and adjust machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy Load raw materials (metals and aluminum) and verify proper machine setup before production runs Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate with supervisors or maintenance as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies in a manufacturing environment Required Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator: 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience preferred) Hands-on experience operating both CNC lathe and milling machines Strong knowledge of tool setup, offsets, and full machine operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience machining metals, including aluminum Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts Clean background required About Surestaff At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
