The Accounting/Finance Coordinator is responsible for a range of accounting and clerical tasks, including but not limited to managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for the company. This position is part of a team of office staff who develop relationships with vendors and clients, internal production and admin staff, to ensure our clients are invoiced and vendors are paid timely and accurately. Ultimately, a successful Finance Coordinator will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. Responsibilities Record day to dayfinancial transactions in QBO Verify thattransactions are recorded on the correct date. A/R Management Make sure clientsreceive their invoice in a timely manner Keep client recordsup to date Make sure clientspay their invoice on time Prepare bank deposits A/Pmanagement - Payments to vendors Work closely with thePresident and/or COO to ensure accurate and timely recordingof all financial transactions.
