About the Role We are seeking a skilled Installation Operations Manager to lead our dynamic installation teams. This full-time, hands-on leadership position is perfect for someone with a solid background in construction, installation, and quality control. Lead and mentor installation crews, promoting timely and high-quality workmanship. Review customer contracts and facilitate product orders. Manage warehouse inventory and foster vendor relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct follow-ups post-installation. Perform regular client check-ins and encourage referrals. Handle permitting, documentation, and CRM updates efficiently. Support installers with on-site issues and service calls. Analyze job costs and service trends to drive continuous improvement. Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new installation staff. Manage calendars for installation scheduling and time-off requests. Maintain accurate records of timesheets, receipts, and job completions. What We're Looking For 5+ years of installation or construction experience. Experience with acrylic bath systems. Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Background in quality assurance and customer service. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
