SPT Lead Weekend Days 6am-630p Friday, Saturday, Sunday with occasional holidays 4 years experience 1st time travelers Previous leadership or charge experience needed Certs Required: HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD Responsibilities Lead daily sterile processing operations while supporting department workflow. Coordinate the preparation, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies. Ensure all instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, and functioning before patient use. Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Mentor staff and assist with workflow coordination. Utilize Censitrac and other documentation systems to maintain instrument tracking and quality standards. Additional Information Teaching hospital environment Level I Trauma Center Floating may be required between OSU locations. Aya SPT Candidate Eligibility Restrictions 1.
