CHROME™ is recognized as one of the top 40 retail destinations in Texas by national publication Lucky Magazine. The store emphasizes sales in the shoe, apparel, accessory and apothecary categories. CHROME is widely recognized in the apparel industry as a taste maker for the Midwest.

The E-commerce Specialist needs to be hard-working, business minded, & detail oriented. The E-commerce Specialist will contribute in fostering a positive work environment that ensures excellent customer satisfaction & maximizes productivity. They will also become well-versed in our back end warehouse processing systems as well as our e-commerce platform. The E-commerce Specialist will also create a game day experience for our guest each and every day!

This position is located in Lubbock, TX at our corporate office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
