AI Strategy & Program LeadershipLead AI roadmap execution across the Services and Support teamIdentify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to Services and Support goalsTrack and report adoption, efficiency, and ROI metricsCoordinate AI initiatives across:Customer SupportProfessional ServicesTAM / CSMCustomer OperationsServe as the Customer Office representative to the Proofpoint AI Business CouncilEnsure alignment with enterprise AI governance, licensing, and publishing standardsTranslate enterprise AI strategy into actionable Customer Office execution plans2. AI Development (Services & Support)Design and build Custom GPTs and AI workflows tailored to:Case summarizationTroubleshooting guidanceSmart routing & case deflectionKnowledge base generationServices documentation automationExecutive reporting automationDevelop structured workflows and agentic use casesPartner with IT on integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, GitHub, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)Ensure appropriate RBAC, data security, and governance controlsEstablish reusable AI frameworks that can scale cross functionally3. Governance & AI Business Council LiaisonAct as a primary liaison to the Proofpoint AI Business CouncilBring forward use cases, risks, and adoption metricsCommunicate governance updates, licensing changes, and publishing policiesPartner with IT Admins and AI Project Leads to:Ensure compliant GPT publishingTrack usage and ROIMaintain governance alignmentChampion responsible AI adoption4.
