Community Program Manager (Guaranteed Loan)

DutiesResponsible for administering the program, formulating policy, distributing funds and processing and servicing Community Facilities loans and grants.Conduct and maintain high level effective working relationships with community and public interest groups, professional associations and other Federal agencies.Provide directions, guidance and advice to field officials and their staff regarding program administration.Communicate program objectives, policies and authorities to the public, industry professionals, senior level leadership and Congressional offices.
