This is an opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to take ownership of an established book of business and serve as a trusted resource for clients across their home and auto insurance needs. This is a service-focused position, with an emphasis on client relationships, responsiveness, coverage knowledge, and day-to-day account management. What You'll Do Manage and service an established personal lines book of business Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and knowledgeable service Handle day-to-day policy servicing needs, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, coverage questions, and other client requests Service personal lines accounts including home, auto, condo/renters, umbrella, and related coverage needs Review client coverage and identify changing needs or opportunities to improve their insurance program Work with multiple insurance carriers to help clients find appropriate coverage and competitive options Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Collaborate with the Dempsey Insurance team to ensure clients receive a seamless service experience Assist clients with questions and issues throughout the life of their policies What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Previous experience servicing Personal Lines accounts Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, particularly home and auto Experience managing or servicing a book of business Strong client service and relationship-management skills Excellent communication and follow-through Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit team A genuine interest in helping clients and providing a high level of personal service Why Consider This Opportunity?
