Shift: Varied Hours (4p-8p) + Every Other Weekend
Interview Method: Onsite Interview
Per Diem Receptionist Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
- A genuine passion for working with seniors.
Per Diem Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
