Litigation Paralegal

Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and compliance. Proven track record of maintaining effective communication with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Skilled in conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategic development. Experience in assisting attorneys with trial preparation, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible. Strong organizational skills to manage case files and documentation efficiently. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the legal team in developing case strategies and improving processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of discovery, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests. Draft, review, and file motions and pleadings, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance. Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly. Conduct limited legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and accessible. Manage case files and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily retrievable.
